Under this three-year contract with Caltrans the Center will provide technical assistance, perform research and develop and deliver training in the area of pavement recycling and reclaiming. The total value of the contract is $1 million. Center activities are expected to start mid October 2010 on the following major tasks:
The Asphalt Recycling and Reclaiming Association (ARRA) will support the Center through a three-year contract. The center will assist ARRA's needs in terms of training, technology transfer and applied research.
